Transactional and marketing.
Transactional emails confirm your order, provide your receipt, and contain delivery or account information. These are sent regardless of your marketing preferences.
Marketing emails include skincare guidance, routine recommendations, replenishment reminders, and product updates. You can manage or stop these at any time.
Update your preferences.
Your marketing email preferences are managed through our email platform. Use the button below to view your current settings, change how often you hear from us, or unsubscribe from marketing emails entirely.
If you received an email from The Derm Team, there is also a preference management link in the footer of that email.
If you unsubscribe.
Unsubscribing from marketing emails means you will stop receiving skincare guidance, replenishment reminders, and product news. You will still receive order confirmations and other emails directly related to purchases you have made.
