How to take a photo we can actually use
- Stand near a window in daylight. Room bulbs change the colour of skin, and colour is half of what we are reading.
- No filters, no beauty mode, no flash.
- Take two shots: one close enough to fill the frame, one wider so we can see where it sits on the body.
- Hold still and tap the screen on the spot before you shoot, so it focuses there and not on your shoulder.
- If it has changed over time, send an older photo too.
